Rameses Yebra
President & Founder
Rameses is a retired US Marine Corp and US Army Veteran who founded and created QRFup.org who despite going through many obstacles has survived a hard life. His vision for this organization has inspired thousands to step up and act, not just to raise awareness to the social issues in our community, to actually face themselves and be able to heal from a place where we are all equals. Rameses has been leading example. From his own mistakes and failures in legal issues, financial instability, relationship trauma, TBI and PTSD. He leads his brothers and sisters from a place of safety and compassion. Allowing them to feel comfortable to reach out for help without feeling judged, shamed, vilified or guilt. WE ARE THE LIGHT IN THE DARKNESS

Our leadership team is composed of dedicated professionals who are passionate about supporting our nation’s Service Members, Veterans, First Responders, and their Families. Each member brings unique expertise and a shared commitment to our mission of providing free, 24/7 confidential crisis support through QRFup. app. Together, they guide our vision and ensure we continue to meet the needs of those who serve. Our Mission is not social media pretty and not for those who cant give their selflessness to others. We service men and women who are not their best during crisis and are experiencing their worst time.

President
Rameses is a retired US Marine Corp and US Army Veteran who founded QRFup.org Has a past steeped in pain and loss. "I created this application for brothers like myself, We are the darkest humans with horrible relationship skills and mental health issues." He believes in loving those who feel unlovable and people have given up on. "If you cant see on the bright side, Ill sit with you in the Dark!" His vision for this organization has inspired thousands to step up and act, not just raise awareness to the social issues in our community. Actually be in the field saving lives. we are the light in the darkness.

Program Manager
Chase Corley
Her profound passion for equine therapy has led her to coordinate programs like Boots In The Barn (BITB), an Equine-Assisted Activity Learning and Therapy (EAAL/T) initiative in Polk County, Iowa. In her role Chase oversees all aspects of the Boots in the Barn Equine Therapy Program under QRFup, leveraging his extensive experience to support veterans and individuals through therapeutic interactions with horses.

Brett Sandman
Brett is a retired US Navy veteran and has a steadfast commitment to helping veterans and first responders. Bryce is a veteran that understands the mission intimately, and thrives in high stress. Through his Silent Hero Cigar Co. He gives his proceeds towards Veterans and First Responders.

Public Affairs Director
James C. Wenzler, Esq.
James currently owns, WPA, LLC, a Human Resources consulting firm, representing companies and individuals in State-level administrative legal hearings. James serves as supervising advocate to UW-Madison Law School students at the Unemployment Compensation Appeals Clinic (UCAC). He previously served as a Branch Chief for Human Resources with the U. S. Coast Guard Auxiliary and in officer positions for public affairs. James served on the Board of Governors for the Wisconsin State Bar, and the Wisconsin Supreme Court’s Lawyer Disciplinary Committees. He was the Presiding Trial Judge for the first U. S. Coast Guard Academy annual Mock Trial “Guardian” Invitational. James received public affairs training at the National Fire Academy in Emmitsburg, MD, in which he has served as public affairs lead for national disasters. He is an Eagle Scout, a certified Ombudsman through the United States Department of Defense, has his bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin, and is a certified trainer for OSHA manufacturing safety compliance.
