
Housing Program
The QRFup Housing Program, addresses the urgent issue of veteran homelessness through a step-down housing model that guides veterans from crisis to independence over 12–24 months. Phase I launches at the Modern Tower in Homestead, FL, combining transitional housing, mental health services, job training, financial planning, and legal aid under one roof.
From local outreach to national systems change, QRFup is building a future where every hero has access to secure housing, compassionate care, and the opportunity to stand tall again.

How The Program Works
QRFup Organization is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to supporting U.S. military veterans by addressing one of their most urgent needs: safe, stable, and affordable housing. Our Veteran Housing Program is designed to reduce homelessness among veterans by providing transitional and permanent housing solutions, comprehensive supportive services, and a structured path toward independence. All in an effort to reduce veteran suicide nationally, be creating programs to defeat the most common trigger we can put an end to this epidemic plaguing our community.
STEP DOWN MODEL (12-24 Months of Support)
The goal of this program is not to provide free housing, but a pathway to sustainable living. QRFup is dedicated to created individualized plans with each of our veterans to support them and their families during this transition. Resources provided included Financial Aid, Mental Health Services, Job Training Program, Job Fair's, Legal Aid, and Financial Counseling.
